Tomorrow it Begins...

A friend and I were talking the other day about our exercise regimes (or lack thereof). We were mentioning that just when you get on a roll of getting in shape...something comes up. A birthday (by the way Happy Birthday to Tonya and Jessica today 7/7), or a big night out, a vacation, something that makes the gym impossible and a Big Mac probable. But what I want to know is why does it always have to be all or nothin'? Feast or Famine?

I can only go so long avoiding the mirrors or facing up to the thing I know I SHOULD be doing. Then one day I see my reflection in a store window, or I am faced with the relationship "conversation" I've been avoiding- and now it's SCREAMING for attention. And then, at that moment, I want to fix it all right then, BAM. All better!

Does anyone else ever feel this way? What is the answer to avoid procrastination? Of course we're all motivated to do the things we WANT to do. But what gets you going on the things that loom over your head with a sense of "Someday it will be urgent and then I'll HAVE to do it."

So I guess my questions are these: What motivates you? and Does LIPO work?

Ha, ha! I love Ellen Degeneres' humor.

Yeah, my love handles and saddlebags are starting to get on my nerves, but I don't know enough about exercise to fix them. God forbid I take one of Tonya's kickboxing classes... I couldn't walk last time I did!

But I wonder that same thing... why do we always do "all or nothing"? And DOES lipo work?!
