Running on Fumes
So Angelina and I were wandering around Wal-Mart last night shopping. As I pushed her in the Wal-Mart Truck/Cart (have you ever tried to maneuver one of those babies?) through the isles, light shone down from heaven and granted me a gift. Actually I stumbled across a book that grabbed my eye. It is called The Worn Out Woman, by Dr. Steve Stephens and Alice Gray. I had to buy it. The byline on the cover is what sold me, "When your life is full and your spirit is empty."
In the first chapter it gives a self-test for you to determine whether or not you are worn out. Rate yourself below:

You have a hard time getting to sleep or staying asleep
You seem overly emotional

You get frustrated at how forgetful you are
You are easily distracted even from things you enjoy
Your friends say you are moody
You run out of energy before your day is done
You find it hard to make definite decisions or stick to them once they are made
You get fed up when things take longer than you plan
