Encourage the Brethren

Hey, if you get a chance stop by my hubby's brand spankin' new blog.

Could be a great forum for him to share his heart, be inspired by people and be encouraged by others contributions. Often we meet people who we give respect right from the beginning- and over time that trust/respect/admiration diminishes. My husband is one of the few where the respect/trust/amiration has grown. Not for his perfection because really, who in life won't fail you? But for his heart. I've never met anyone whose heart is so genuine, with no desire for the lime light, but a firm desire to be surrounded by a team of people striving for greatness. You amaze me Brad.

Stuff

Ok, I am alive, barely. I feel like I've been living in Hell for the last few weeks. A little green has turned into hyperemesis - not a fun condition for the prego lady. Anyway. I am coming out on the other side, thanks to the patience and support of those in my life, work, home...they are all great. I couldn't be more thankful.

My official due date is June 9th,2005. That is the same birthdate as my stepdaughter Chais, and my birthday is June 11th. So, we're hoping for the 10th so neither one of us has to share our day.

Ok, the weather here in AZ is officially perfect. This is really why people move here. Crisp cool mornings, clear fresh days. It really is great.

In other news, we now have a contract on a home- we are slated to close on Dec. 3rd- the day Brad leaves for India for 2 weeks. Whew, can we say a full plate? Providing all inspections clear this will be our new home, I am thrilled that I will be in before Christmas. Anybody want to come to my tile-ripping-out party? It should be a blast!

My very first nephew is now a part of the world outside the womb. Noah Vincent was born 1 week ago- a whopping 8lbs 10oz- a big boy to emerge from a very small sister-in-law!

So in 1 1/2 months our family has seen a lot of changes. Brad's parents found a new home, and moved. His brother and sister had their baby and will move into their new home late November. We found out we were expecting and will move early December. I get tired just thinking about all of it! But truthfully we are all so very blessed.

That's it for now. I've got nothing witty, nothing smart to say. Just a humble, grateful heart. Thankful for all of the blessings bestowed on me, my family, our country.
